**Job Summary:**
Are you a passionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician looking to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive community setting? The Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and skilled family medicine physician to join our established and growing team. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are committed to providing comprehensive, affordable, and accessible healthcare to all, regardless of their ability to pay. The family medicine physician provides comprehensive primary care services to patients and manages acute and chronic medical conditions. **Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate physical and psycho-social health status via medical history and physical examination.
- Diagnose and treat medical conditions within the family medicine specialty.
- Interpret diagnostic tests, consultations, and recommend therapeutic measures.
- Provide education and preventive healthcare.
- Offer clinical direction to healthcare team members.
- Adhere to clinical policies, infection control principles, and confidentiality standards.
- Participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities.
- Direct and evaluate medical students.
**Qualifications:**
- Medical license registration certificate for the state of New York.
- DEA license registration certificate for the state of New York.
- Computer literacy including proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- American Board Certification.
- Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification.
- CFP Authorization Number under NYS Worker’s Compensation.
- Hospital Privileges.
- Professional Membership Affiliations.
**Physical Demands:**
This role requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, and stooping. Evening work along with some Saturdays may be required.
**Salary Range:**
$190,000 - $200,000.
