The Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dentist to join our established and growing team. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) we are committed to providing comprehensive, affordable and accessible healthcare to all, regardless of their ability to pay. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of underserved individuals and families in the Western New York community. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with various dental issues, performing dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals, and educating patients on proper dental care.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver general dentistry, diagnostic, preventive, and restorative services to patients.
- Refer patients to appropriate healthcare providers for additional evaluation or support when necessary.
- Maintain thorough patient care records, including medications, allergies, data, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Oversee dental care quality standards through Quality Assurance and Peer Review Audits.
- Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment plans, and expected outcomes.
- Address patient inquiries promptly and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues in a respectful manner.
- Attend mandatory staff meetings and carry out other relevant duties as needed.

Salary Range: $154,000 - $164,000, depending on experience.
